😳🐝 Grace’s first Season Senior Session was one for the books! I’ve photographed at this foothills spot for 15+ years and NEVER had this happen… a hidden log of wasps attacked us mid-shoot! 🙈

📸 I dropped my camera + reflector while Grace sprinted down the trail (yes, shirt flying 😂). She was stung multiple times, and I got hit 5–6 times—my hand + quads stayed swollen for days. Thankfully, we were near St. Luke’s and neither of us are allergic 🙏.

Lesson learned: if you’re allergic to outdoor elements, pack those emergency supplies! This could’ve been so much scarier. (All I could think of was My Girl 🥺).

Through it all, Grace stayed SO brave 💪🌟 and we still finished her session beautifully. What a wild, unforgettable start to her senior year! 🐝💛
