I get to photograph this family every year! That’s right…every year! I love seeing the kids grow up right in front of my camera. I love that pictures are so important to them. We don’t always do family every year but the kids are for sure every year. This year was extra special as they came to the Oregon Coast to splash in the water and stick their toes in the sand!

For years now I have a family lead the way on going to either the Oregon Coast, the tulip fields and/or the dahlia fields. From there we book more families/seniors/branding to cover the “coaches travel”…that’s me, I’m the coach 😉

I am always blown away that people trust me to capture them, out of town, usually the unknown on weather and sometimes my first time shooting at that location. I’m so thankful!

April is the best time for the tulip fields in Oregon, end of August/first of September is the best time for the dahlia fields in Oregon and then the coast is always a crap shoot. haha. We have done March, April, July and August and all have had all the weather but no matter what, it is beautiful and you can’t beat the sound of the waves and toes in the sand. So, who wants to lead the way for 2024? Where we going? I can’t wait!
