I was in shock when they showed up at the lavender fields…amazing how less than a year and the kids seem all grown up. Kenzie is headed to college, Chase has facial hair and Maizy is no longer that little girl.

I booked the fields, had the couple change their mind on location and so it opened up another evening in the lavender fields. To get some more people in, I offered mini sessions. Sometimes the words “mini session” aren’t as scary or overwhelming as “session”. Paula LOVES pictures but didn’t want the wrath of the family so it was win win for all! Paula gets updated family pictures and the family cooperates for a short amount of time! Woohooo!!

The truth is, ALL of my sessions are personalized!! We shoot for your goals so if your product goals are in line with a shorter session, or “mini session”, then that is what we will do!! Make sense?

I was so thankful to get the call that we would be updating the Kluksdal family portraits…even if it was a short session, we had fun and met their goals! I got to get caught up with them and their fun lives and laugh a lot…because when you are with Paula, you laugh A LOT!! I keep telling her she needs to blog! She has the funniest stories I have ever heard! She is always up for an adventure and always has fun! Her next big idea is being a bee keeper! Can’t wait!!!
