When clients become friends and family! I get to photograph this beautiful family every year! If you know this family, you know they are extraordinary people, inside and out! I love that they appreciate and value getting their family portraits updated each year. Every year I try to get them to go some extra fun, crazy place but they like to keep it close! That’s okay, I will talk them into it one day. 😉 I have watched these awesome kids grow up for years now, starting with little stuffed animals that had to be in the pictures to now their full cooperation with a few distractions but so expected! Little guy got grass stains on his knees right off the bat but mom says, that’s who he is, no worries! I agree with her! I have pictures of my girls together when they were one and three and it used to bother me that I didn’t edit out their bruises on their shins, but today I am thankful I didn’t! After all, that is how shins on a toddler look! And I miss those days! The saying of the days are long but the years are short is such a true statement! So take those pictures, enjoy the moments and don’t blink!!
