The best time to update family portraits was last year. The second best time is now.
I know, I know…life is busy. But I promise that making time to update your family portraits is something you will never regret! Honestly every season is busy and every season is beautiful! What season can you see your family in? I only need about 8 hours of your time. From start to finish. So if we start planning now and have your session in 8 weeks, that is an average of one hour of your time each week…for us to capture your memories and relationships. Are you a cram for a test type of person and want to plan and do your session the very last minute or are you a planner? Are you the type that sees something awesome at Costco and purchase it because you know it won’t be there next time or are you the gambler thinking it will be there next time? It’s okay, it takes all sorts for the world to go round. But I think if you give yourself a little wiggle room, you and your entire family will enjoy family portraits and the experience even more.
So get that “to do” list item marked off your list and give me a call, text or message today to get the ball rolling.
While you get motivated to do that, check out this beautiful family! This was a gift to Grandma Kris! The perfect gift in my opinion! We pushed out the session a year due to a baby on the way but it was worth the wait and boy did time fly! I was just talking to my neighbor about how (especially when the kids are young), the days are long but the years are short. What a gift for grandma and the entire family to have this time of life captured to enjoy now and many years to come.
If you have any questions about family portraits, please don’t hesitate to contact me. The first step is always a planning session where we go over all the details: your goals, products/pricing, locations, clothing, etc.
