When a Little Heroes Family comes to me after our Little Heroes Session, is well…quite an honor. This family lost their sweet Stella years ago. I was able to go to their home and capture them with Stella before she passed. They have those beautiful memories to have and hold not only in their memory, but prints, digital files and slideshow. Amazing the things you remember when you look at a picture. The sounds and smells come back, the love and giggles of fun memories come back. So powerful! Video and portraits are some of the best keepsakes to have.

This spring session in the studio yard was Avery’s (tall kiddo on the far left in the family portrait) last season senior session. We did pictures of him and then updated their family portraits. We started off the session with Avery sharing a video with me he made of his late sister, Stella. He did this for a school project and ended up really loving what he did. He did amazing and yes, I cried! Such a talented kiddo! We are actually meeting soon to talk collaboration for other Little Heroes families.

Avery is a kid that loves to try new things and gives it 100%. He isn’t afraid of anything and truly enjoys life! It was great working with you during your senior year, Avery! Keep exploring, loving, and doing! Keep being you!!
