Little Heroes ❤️🩵💚
How do you honor a love that never had time to grow earthside? 🤍
Emily Mirae Elder was born sleeping at 27.5 weeks—1 lb 4 oz, 11 inches long, and forever loved. 🌸
Little Heroes was called into the hospital to document this sweet baby girl and the unimaginable love her parents wrapped around her.
These sessions are incredibly hard… and incredibly important. 💔
They may not look at these images for weeks, months, or even years—but they have them. Proof that she was here. Proof that she is their daughter.
The tiniest blanket. The softest hat. 🎀
A ribbon that read “Forever Loved.”
And parents whose hearts were shattered, yet overflowing with love.
I’m deeply grateful they trusted me with such a personal, sacred moment—and allowed me to share these images. I want people to see what others quietly walk through. This family could be your neighbor, your coworker, someone you pass every day.
This is what Little Heroes does.
Because of donations, this family received all digital files, 5×7 prints of every image, and a keepsake slideshow. They also had the option to choose a wall portrait—something that understandably isn’t always possible in sessions like these.
So many people ask me, “How do you do it?”
The truth? Every session hits differently. This one hit hard. It brought tears, heartbreak, and a quiet ache that stayed with me long after. They all do. 💔
We are honored to offer this gift in the darkest moments.
Thank you to everyone who has prayed, volunteered, donated, or supported Little Heroes in any way. 🤍 Your love reaches families when they need it most.
Forever loved. Always remembered. 🌿
